1. The room size was good for us, not too big nor too small. 2. Clean room. Housekeeping was top notch in preparing our rooms every day! 3. Room facilities are top notch as well, even though it does not have a freezer. 4. Comfortable beds and pillow. 5. Loads of TV channels to watch.

This hotel is really clean and like our second home when we back go bali the staff really helpings much there nice abd with sweet smiling 😃 Food is yummy we ready know some viuw name of the staff there like Mr Agung .Mr Kadek Mr surya Marin wahyu and best security Guna event full parking he always give changes to park our car 🚗 Big pleasure from us, Fong Family. I hope you can see you soon against guests and my lovely lady DESAK always give me best food BETUTU AND NASU CAMPUR BALI 😍😍😍

If you need a western style hotel this is the right place. The staff is great, the room is a western style very comfortable one. They gave us an extra bed for our son and the room was still very big. We didn't swim in the pool but it was good looking. Delicious both western and Indonesian breakfast. I did the laundry and it was very easy with the help of the staff.

I knew the Hotel was away from the tourist Kayos of Kuta It was very quiet I didn’t expect a lot,but it exceeded our expectations 100%, There were some things We had to solve, but the Hotel covered every worry we had, I.e. early eating for Ramadan, 4 - 5 am there were many Muslim guests there, We felt very comfortable, the bed was the best, don’t ever remember falling asleep at night? We are staying there again on our return journey in a month! Looking forward to it !

The room is super comfortable, cozy, and has everything you need to feel at home. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who are incredibly friendly and polite. A special mention to my friend IGUSTI BAGUS, an excellent professional. I highly recommend this place to travelers looking for a great stay at a fair price.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious. We had drinking water supply out side our room. They have installed two supply points for each row of rooms in each level. You can purchase food from the restaurant if you wish.You can withdraw money from the teller machine opposite of the hotel.

The hotel is a good distance from Sanur Port and Denpasar Airport. Was perfect for us as we had gotten off the boat from Nusa Lembongan and needed somewhere to stay the night before our flight. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. They had multiple water coolers on each floor which was a bonus. Staff were also extremely friendly.

The property served the purpose- an overnight stay before moving the family to our longer term residence. The room aircon was broken in our children’s room but they moved us to another room. The fridges were very hot and didn’t cool down the water - but at least they supplied two bottles of complimentary water per room - a welcome service in the heat. Breakfast was included in the price. It was quite ordinary but it was sufficient for our needs.

First of all, the location wise is good, near main road and lot fast food restaurants nearby. Room is clean, spacious and the lobby is nice. Bed is comfortable too with quite huge bathroom. Pool looks nice. But all of these could'nt top their hospitality. I mistakenly book for 2 nights instead of 3 nights hence i need to extend my stay. Unfortunately i need to transfer to another room as the hotel was fully booked and at the same time i was 2 hours away from hotel. However the staffs are so helpful to pack and transfer our things to new room and what is shocking and warms my heart when they displayed my makeup products similar to how i did in my previous room. Im so grateful for that. Thank you so much. Your hospitality is the best
